Who we are

Aussie Move Masters ("we", "us") is a removalist business based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, move date, pickup and delivery addresses, and any details about your move.

When you visit our website we also collect technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from a Google ad).

How we use it

We use your details to prepare quotes, arrange and carry out your move, contact you about your booking, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads) to measure website traffic and the performance of our advertising, including whether an enquiry came from an ad. We may share hashed (encrypted) contact details with Google to measure ad conversions.

We also use a click-monitoring service to protect our ads from invalid or fraudulent clicks.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with people who help us run our business โ€” such as our moving crews, email and website hosting providers, and the analytics and advertising services listed above โ€” or where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by calling us on 0451 230 047. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
